Lewis, E. Bittel, J. Esgar. <br />Mr. Harx°is was absent. Bui].di.ng Commi.ssioner Crider and Law Dgrector <br />Kitson were also present. <br />Mr. Phillip English discussed a proposed plan to add six lotg to the <br />Westchester Estatas Sub-Division No. l. (See minutes of August 34 1953)• <br />After some discussiom a tentative aarangement was agreed upon. Mr. English <br />plans to bring in a new plat for the sut>-division at a later meeting. <br />Mr. Esgar made s_metion that the Planning Commission recouanend that the area fr.om_Colvinbia.Road.to the eastern boundary o€ North Olmsted be zoned ? J <br />for..multiple _residences, for.a maxi,mum width of 550 feet on either side <br />of the center line of the px°oposed Brookgarlc Road extension. Dr. Lewis <br />seconded the motion.
