Accordzng to Mr. Jvi.att, all but one of the property owmers affected <br />signed the petition. <br />Mrg Esgar made a mntion that the Planning Comr!Lissi-on recomrsena to CitS <br />CoL;ncil tha.t the area outlined in the above mentioned petition be rezoned <br />to r°etazl busa.ness.
