Votava and Esgar were <br />absent. Building Commissioner was also presento <br />Mayor C. B. Lewis acted as Chairman and AZr.. Bittel as Secretary, <br />Mr. M. W. Bente appeared before the Planning Comnission regarding the redsub- <br />division of eighteen 40' lot,s intotwelve 601 lots, said lots located on ' <br />Declcer Road. A motion was made by llr. Lewis and.seconded by Mr. Bittel that <br />this sub-division be approved. Motion iaas passed. <br />Mrm Maurice F. Shave appeared requesting the re?-subdivision of lots located <br />at the corner of Martin and Oring Drives into two parcels, one 1001 in width <br />and one 80' in width. Sub-Division w as approved. <br />Mr, tiichard Haviland, Sr. and his sons Richard and Robert along with their <br />attorney, Mr. Dorn, appeared before the Planning Cvmmission in regard to the <br />plan of Dan Benvska to abandon the northerly section of existing Ranchview <br />Avenue. After considerable discussion9 the parties concerned, were informed <br />that a special meeting wou],d be held on Thursday, October 21' 1954 - 8:30 P. M. <br />Mr. Bily of Stearns Road submitted a plat showing re-sub-division of two parcels <br />into six parcels consisting of 5- 75' widths and one 1401 vridth, It wa.s sug- <br />gested that he prepare the proposed re-subdivision on linen in form for re- <br />cording. <br />Mr. Louis Lavoie of Lavoie Construction Company appeared with his Engineer re- <br />gardina the sub-division of the Grace Nlastick property located on the westerly <br />side of McKenzie Road consisting of 214 lots in its entirety, His Engineer was <br />informed to brir_b in a cloth tracing showing the sub-division of frontage on <br />NlcKenzie Road and also an easement for a street and sewer to the city. <br />A short discussion was held on the possibility of a central sewerage disposal <br />plant for the proposed sub-division. <br />Mr. Bogardus, Engineer for Mr. Joseph A. Lindsay,,submittpd preliminary plans <br />for a sub-division of two pa.rcels of land located on the easterly side of Walter <br />N.oad9 north of Gessner (Phillips e-, Lohr propertp). Examination of the plat <br />showed lot widths ar_d area to r:ieet the requirements. The Planning Commission <br />recommenaed that the street to be dedicated be 60 feet in width rather than <br />50 ft. Mr. Bogardus was informed to prepare a plat showing 16 lots on the pro- <br />posed street and four on Ztialter hoad, totalling 20 in alt. <br />Mr•, Paul Keller submitted proposal for the sub-division of land fronting on <br />Alexander Road and for the extension of West 231st Street to Alexander, said <br />sub-division totalling 40 lots. Mr. Kellex° requested approval on -the eight lots <br />having frontage on Alexander Road. He was inf onned that he shou].d execute <br />warranty deeds to the City of North Olmsted for the Udest 231st Street and <br />W. 230th rights-of way for both of the lots fronting on Alexander Road. <br />Received warranty deed from E. A. Mastics f or 60 £t. parcel for street purposes <br />as shown by the plat of his property f ronting on Canterbury Rdm, to be turned over <br />to the uolicitor.
