MINUTES OF A MEETING OF THE PLAAINING CONYIISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF NQhTH QIMSTED, OHIO HELD AT 8.00 P. M. <br />JANUE'LRY 11, 1955. <br />Present were r:essrs. Votava, Lewis, Esgara Euller. Nre Bitte? v:as absente <br />Law Director Kitson was also present. <br />Messx°s. Joseph Lindsay; Peter Krutschnitt and Richard Portma,n presented a <br />plat for a proposed sub-division of 70 lots on the east- side of Trlalter Road, <br />(See minutes of October 12 and October 249 1954). The l.ot laf-out is satisfactory. <br />Final drawings, including sevaers mizst now be prepared. <br />Charles and Nike Busta of Chas. Busta & Sor.s, Inc. have bought lots 9 through <br />23, and 35 tr_rough 46 of the Lor°ain Road Estates Sub-Division (West 230th St. ) <br />for detrel.opraent. This portion of the Lorain Road Estates Sub-Division has not <br />been approved by City Counci],, and the sewer has not been approved by the <br />City Engineer. Messrsa Busta were told they must present a plat for the area <br />they are going to detrelop, and tY:py sust su??mit a bond fos° street improvement <br />before the sub-division can be accepted by City Council. <br />Mr. Phillip English presented the plat for Westchester Estates Sub-Division <br />NOs 4, vrhich z,rill complete the sub-divisiono Prior tc requesting approval for <br />this sub-division, Mr. English wants to install setaers and water mains prior <br />to dedicatione This arrangement was acceptable leith the Planr_ing Cemmission, <br />provided the plans are accepted by the City Engir_eer anc3 the installation is <br />checked by a city inspector during constructiono <br />A sub-division of t wo lots, ane 85 x 175 arbd the other 105 x 175 on Canterbuxy <br />Road9 was approved for Mr. Rebro. (See minutes of 12-14--54). <br />A p1a,t for nine 641 lots and. three 67' lots on Burns and Porter Roads vias <br />approved for presentation to City Councilo The sub-divisa.on belongs to Mr. <br />A.
