Esgar, Grumney,9 Hannan. <br />Ma°. Arthur Grumney was appointed to the P].anning Ccm3.ssion to fill the <br />vacancy left by thp resignatiora of_Richard Eull.er. (See minutes of <br />November 22, 1955.) <br />Mr. and Mrs. James Joyce requested that sub-lots 120., 121 and 122 on the <br />east side of SilveaAdale Road., each of apprcx3mate;y 40 feet in width, be <br />re-d3vided into two lots 59.6 %eet wide. The sazb-divi.s3.on was approeed. <br />Mr. C. N. Mitchell showed the Planning Ccmmission a.proposed stxb-division con- <br />aisting of 205 lots, mostly of 601 width, ly3ng in the area betweea? Lorain <br />and Brookpark Roads arr1 west oF Columbia Road. The p3at appears to be satis- <br />factory. Nta^ . Mitchell does not plan to deqel.op the entire aa°ea all at once' <br />but wi]1 sub-divride the area in sevei°al portions for development one at a tfine. <br />The meeting was ad3ourned at 9:45 P.
