Votava, Lewis, Esgar, Gruumneya Hannan. <br />Also present wex°e Law Director Kitson and Build3.ng Comissioner Crzder. <br />This was a special meetin; of the Planning Coffimission to discuss possible <br />changes to the zorang ordinance. <br />There was considexable discussion concerni.ng possZble boundaries for a limited <br />industry ax°ea in the general area bounded by Broekpark, Columbia, Kennee4y <br />Rid ;e and 6dhitethorne. It t,ras genera3ly agreed that the easterly boundary would <br />be the westerly lot line of those lots rrorating on Colurnbia Road.; the southerly <br />boundax°y would be 400 feet from tre center line of Kennedy R3dge Rd; the westerly <br />boundary would be the eastex°ly 1ot line of the R. S, Shagren property; the <br />nartherly boundary woul.d be fi,he southex°ly ri-ght-o.f tqay line of Brookpark Rd; <br />in the nor`,,hvresterly cornner of the area the boundary would be tre present boundary <br />of Cla,ss C. Multiple Residence arEa on the south side of I.orain Rd. It was <br />also agreed tra.t the area should be zoned £or limited industry only no other <br />use to be pexr.iittedo <br />It vras decided t?+.,t the triangtzlax° area between Loxain and Broakpark Roads and <br />the westerly lot liries of properties fronting on the vaest side of Ba:iley Road <br />be zonQd for CZass C Multiple Residence. <br />It was agreed the area between Lara3.n ftoad and the southerly lot lines• of lots <br />frontina on ?aest Ranchview be zoned for CZass C.
