Esoar., Grumney, Hannarao <br />This was a special planning cormission meeting called for the purpose of dis- <br />cussing posyzble revisions to the zonina ordinance'. <br />Use, height, and area re?ilatzons of a lunited industrial disLrict were dis- <br />cussed and alterations to an ordinance propo5ed in 1952 were made. <br />It was decided'that "Use Regula.tions for Limited Industria]. Distrzcts" should <br />have the fOlZOidl2'la addition: "Section 3. Board of Revietia. Proposed indus- ? <br />tries including their buildinos, must be approved by the North 0lmsted City <br />Pla-nning Commission, prior to the issuance of building permits." <br />The ordinance should also include tho fell?,4ing items: <br />l. Developers must provide trees in tree J.awn according to a master <br />?ree p1an. Trees planted in the tree lakm by home rniners should also be of <br />the type specified in the mastsr plan. <br />2. Off street parking shall be prmvided, a.dequate for the expect,ed <br />patrona.oe of a]_1 public buildings, churches, clinics, etc. <br />3. Storm sewers in new developments shall be specified to be of sa.ze <br />sufficient to serv-ce the e:;pec+ed drainage area. When the sewer is larger ? <br />than that, required for a particular develonment9 the city shall pay the extga <br />seiver costs and apportion these costs tc future or other developers on a land <br />area basis, . <br />4, Developer must provide deed restrictions to insure uniforcuity in <br />new develoganent s a <br />5. In non-business areas, fruit or vegetable stands must have a permit <br />issued by the Zoning 13oard of Appeals. The stand car.not be a permanent struc- <br />t.ure and must be removed at expiration o.f the permito In addition, adec,uate <br />off-street parkino must be provided f or each st?.nd. <br />6: Burning of garbage in out-doo.r izicinerators or burning pits is <br />prohibited. <br />Meeting adjourned at 10:50 P.
