Except for same lots <br />avhich were not deep enough, the lot ax°rangeffieaat appeared satisfactorg. <br />Mr. Stewart will now obtsin Fs.nal drawieags with eor°rsctions suggestecl by <br />the plaraning conmission• <br />Furttaer consideration was given x°evisions to the Zoav.ng Ordinance. It was <br />decided that the Law Director should detexming 3f the following adcl3.tions to <br />the ordinarice mould be legal ard bincl3ng: <br />Section 4 of ARTIGI.E XI shotald be revised as follows: <br />(a) The preanises of a Serwice Station shall not be 3ocated nearer <br />than 500 feet frcm the premises occupied by an existing church' <br />public or private school for childrens playgkound, park, l.ibrarys <br />publia building, or building of institutional occugaracy, except whera <br />the distarace is inteksected by a atreet at least 601 wide. In addition <br />the service station shall not be located nearer ttian 1/2 mile from an <br />exist3ng sexVice station. <br />Section 2 0f ARTICZE VYI <br />2(e) The premisea of a bar, taverxa or place selling spiritous bever- <br />ages st?all not be located nearer than 500 feet fa°om the prem3ses occu- <br />pi.ed by an existing church, public or privabe school for children, plaar- <br />grouride park, library, public building., or build ing of institutianal <br />occup=y,t except where the distance is irYtersected by a street at least <br />601 wide.
