Absent were Messrs.,Lewis and <br />Gaumney. <br />Mra Dan Bertuska (see mintttes of 10-23-56) revised his sub-division so that <br />it was consistent with zoning ordinance reqaxixementso The sub-division was <br />approved. . <br />Mro Walter James requested that two lots of 1481 and. 100' franta.ge on the <br />west side of Stearns Road be re-divi.deel into one 3,ot with 160' frontage,, <br />and the other lot with $80 frontage. This 1.ot arrangement was approved. <br />Mr. Humphrey owns two lots on the north-east corner of N.osita Lane and <br />Walter Road that he wi shes to re-subdivide into t hree lots. The sub-division <br />was approQed. <br />Nlr, ti-lard Cotten and ha.s Enp,ineer, Mr. Will.iam Halisbak (see minutes of <br />10-23-56) presented plans for the West Park Drive Estates' to be developed <br />successi!vely in three sub-d3.visions, Stzb-division No. 1 consisting of 32 <br />lots, No. 2 consisting of lots 33 to 44 ar3d No. 3 consisting of l,ots 45 to <br />59 wex°e pressnted for sub-division aaad recoxqding pux°poses only. The dra3.nage <br />was accepted by the City Eizgineer as being satisfactox°y. <br />A motion vras made by Mr . Esgar and secorded by Mro Votava that the Planning <br />Commission recommer-d that City Counci].. accept the three-plats for recordirig <br />purposes, provided the developer makes a deposit of 12% of estimated cost of <br />watez° and sewer installation for inspection of woxko Moti.on passedo <br />Mx^e Lewis Wallner and Mr. Robert Miller presented a plat for Ohio Shores <br />Construction Corp Sub-Division #1 for 15 lots; #2 for lots 16 to 25 on proposed <br />Ambour Drive lying `uest of C3agae Road, almast opposite to Westchester Driee. <br />A moti.on was made by Mr, Esgar and seconded by Mr. Hannan that the Planning <br />Cemmission recommend that City Counci.]_ accept the.,plats for both subriivisions <br />for recording purposes, provided the developer makes a deposit of 12% o.f es-- <br />tirr.ated cos't of water and sewer installation, for inspection of work, and <br />provided a letter is received fxom Messrs.
