MINUTES OF A MEETING OF TI-IE ZONIhTG BOARD OF APPEALS <br />QF THE CITY OF NORTH OLM.STED, HELD AT THE <br />NORTH OL1?'ISTED CITY HALL <br />APRIL l, 1958 <br />The meeting was callecl to order by R. Parker at 7:30 P.M. <br />Present were: R. Parker, N. Snyder and W. Lindsay. <br />The minutes of 14areh 4th were read and approved. <br />Mra Sasso of 29169 Larain Road, Aiorth Olmsted, presented a <br />print of Resubdivision for S. & I. Saso. He was advised <br />the rezoning of this property was not a function oi' the <br />Zoning Board of Appeals, and was advised to submit it to <br />the Planning Commission. <br />Mr, Riggs of 3413 Columbia Road, North Olmsted, presented <br />prints of a proposed subdivision and outline survejr of part <br />of original Lot No0 28, Dover Township, and was advised <br />that approval for this allotment is a function of the Planning <br />Commission. <br />The request of Iulro W. Rice of 6715 Stearns Road, PJorth Olmsted, <br />was reviewed' and he was requested to submit a blueprint or <br />diagram of the proposed property to the Board to be studied <br />at the next meeting. <br />Nleeting adjourned at 8:05 P.
