Mrm Oviatt was asked to make a ruling according to the plat plans <br />submitted for consideration. Mr. Oviattas past judgment was that the <br />building as placed aneets the ordinance Articles VITI, Section 2, and <br />Mr. Oviatt will inform Mrv Cridero See drawing. <br />Mr, Harlan F. Bax°tels, representing Joseph & Anna Kalill., 4161 14est 150th <br />Street, Cleveland, Ohio, presented a proposed subdivision, south boundary <br />North Olmsted and including a section of land on the West side of Sterns <br />Road in Olmsted Township. The only entry to the subdivision would be in <br />the Township off of Sterns Road., 54 lots in the Township, and 66 lots <br />in North Olmsted. The big problem is North Olmstedo Services going <br />through the Township to service the North Olmsted area. Suggestions <br />were made for Mr. Bax°tels to consult North Olmsted City engineer, the <br />North Olmsted Solicitor, and North Olmsted Counacila See letter dated <br />January 27,?1956 and drawing dated January, 1958• <br />Meeting adjourned at 9:40 P.M. <br />l , <br />ecreta <br />
