He would like to subdivide it for one or two <br />houses. <br />This property is located o£f Mastick, bounded on the north by the Mitchell <br />property (the MitchelZ propsrty has a depth of 220 fest measured from Pdastick) 9 <br />and ia reached by an 18 foot wide easement drive. Its dimensions are 336 foot <br />frontage on ea'sement drive, 212 foot depth, 379 foot back wridth, edgiug on valley. <br />Before btzying this property he would like a prei.;couimi,tment from the planning <br />comnnission regaxding their feeling on subdividing this land. He was told that <br />the feeling of the commission is that it does not :Like to see unoccupied, vacant <br />tracts of 1and. <br />'I'here is only a ono inch vrater line to this property. (The water department <br />? does not permit more than one coMec-tion into a one inch line.) It vias suggested <br />? that his first approach would be with the water dapartment to have a larger water <br />v line put in (2 inch minimtmi) . <br />? <br />? Amending Zonin; Ordinances. <br />? Gare au <br />Olmsted Colony Lot Revisior_ and Drainage Problem. <br />IVfr• Gundy showed the commission a Print of a Proposed Lot Revision by F.A. <br />Hausmaxz dated 5-9-59. This revision vdZl permit an additional home to be-built <br />in the colony. <br />Mr. Gundy stated that a drainage problem exis'us. Olmsted CoYony indicated <br />grade had been broken further east on thear master grade and drainage p1an. <br />Subsequent to this it vias found that grade had been broken at this .point for <br />storm sewer with no effoct on grade or dra-inage plan. Mr. Gundg feels that a <br />retaining irvall plus a drain tile into Westlawn Drive sewer will remedy this problem. <br />Mr. Gundy vias advised to atop building permits until this problem is remedied. <br />A1so, the commission tivilZ not act an the lot revision urstil problem is corrected. <br />Mro Sipe moved that the meeting baadjourned. blayor Gareau seconded the motione <br />Motion approved unanamously.
