Mre Baxnes made -a motion £or approval of minutes vrith the exception of the paragraph concerned rvith amending the zoning ordinances until such time ae vvritten specifi- cations by the engineer are presented. Bredenbeck - Bonuska apartment housee - Mr. Oviatt presen-ted the background of the case of Nlre a.nd Mrs. Bredenbeck of 22380 Lorain Road 9 Fairvieev Park, who have purchased the Benuska apartment house at 25892 Lorain Roar3. The Bredenbecks a.ssumed, when buying this property (89.+ £oot irontage on Lorain) , that they vrere buying the entire tract including tho driveway. After a few months elapsed they discovered that the drivetivay was not included, that originally the frontage on Lorain Uias 100 £eet and Mr. Benuska had retained a strip approximat e1y 10.85 f eet wid e ext end ing s ome 400 f eet back t o re ar property owned by him. . While this is a personal problem it is also a public problem because of illegal subdivision of property. This situation axose as a result of an unapproved replatting of an approved platm Pffr.
