Benuska appeared before the commission as raquested by P,t1rr. Oviatt on <br />behal£ of the commission. He was told that he had i11e.ga11y subdivided this <br />property; evasn't approved by.the plannino commission or building cormnissioner; <br />and was:?against the North Olmsted Code.-- <br />Mr. Benuska asked tivhat could be done to reconci7.e this arith the ordinance. <br />- In as much as the apartment was built on a csrtain plat he.,waa told that <br />he should have conveged the rvhole,plat and if he vQished to koep the Iand behind <br />the a partment house he ahould have arranged for access other than retaining a."'10 <br />foot wide driveway. <br />Mr. Oviatt -sucgested that one possibi:Lity cvould be for him to propose to the <br />planning commi.ssion use of a 50 foot wr.i.de private driveway of£ Ra nchview. This <br />would give him access to tihe land behind the apartment. <br />Mr. • Barnes raade the -motion that he disapproves the pYat of George and Dorothy <br />Bredenbeck because it does not conf'orm with the Ordinance of the City of North <br />01msi:ed. The garage wi'lI be <br />fireproof, of cement bloek, constructed to enable #'uture facing writhbrick. The <br />Zocatior_ was eh6cked out by the 1ega1 department and found to be permissible.
