Barnes, seconded. by P:x. T?adylak and approved <br />unanimously by the Commission. <br />ITIr. Saul Biskind - I3r. Gardon ??cKay. <br />ris. Biskind presented IVCr. Gordon YcKay, his professional tax expert?, who <br />5)ol:e to the Commission on a"Study and Report of Comparative Land Use and Tax <br />Va1ua-tion of 110 Acres SouEh Side Brookpark Road P].eharty Road to Columbia <br />Road and Related Developmerrt Land Use." <br />Attached is an outline of the "Study and Report" o <br />Bert ldaheu - Lr. efacquet - Rs. Maher.. - <br />The above gentlemen, representing LTaher Land Inc., appeared before the <br />Commission to request rezoning oF approximately 6.7 acres of land Ioczted <br />betPreen Co'lumbia and Walter Roacl s, north of Lorain, for nultiple dwel.:Ling usage. <br />Attached is a copy of p'lo,t pZan and building plans for proposed deve:Lopment. <br />Engineer Kanareff asked that he be furnished v,+ith a survey of existing storm <br />sewer conditions for this area. , <br />T,R`r.
