REGULAR MEETITIG OF THE ZONTNG BOARD OF APPEALS <br />? OF THE CITY UF NORTH OLMSTED HELD AT <br />CITY IIAZL -- FEBRUARY 3, 1959 <br />The meeting was called to order at 7:30 P.Tri. <br />Willard A. Klinite was sworn in as a member of the Zoning Board of <br />Appeals to repla,ce Norval Snyder who resigned his position as of <br />Februar.y 1' 1959• <br />Carl Reisig presented an appeal to construct on property at Bradley <br />Road, which was refused because of insufiicient set-back. <br />The Board of Appeals contacted Mr. William Reynolds and obtained his <br />permission to erect this proposed home, as he is not willing to se11 <br />Mr. Reisig any aclditional property. <br />Mr. Reisig presented a note of approval for eonstruction from Albert C. <br />Leeper, his nearest neighbor. Permission for Mre Reisig's construction <br />granted. <br />T. L. Shomber requested permission to su.bdivide 245 foot tract into <br />1 - 95 foot lot and 2- 75 feet lots.
