Parker, W. Lindsay and G1. Klinite <br />H. M. and Ruth Love, 4993 Grace Road <br />Reason for rejection - inaufficien.t clearance between garage and <br />proposed porch. Appeal granted for erection of porch, contingent upon <br />fireproofing in order to conform to the code. "Yeas" Parker9R3,inite <br />and Lindaay. <br />Robert G. Dreger, 25810 Kenned.y Ridge Road <br />Reason for rejection - non-conforming use per Ordinance NoA 2445s retail <br />business in a residential section. IIr. Dreger requested permission for <br />extension of a forty (40) year old greenhouse which would constitute <br />new additional construction. <br />A Public Hearing was set for November 3, 1959. Public Hearing <br />Present: Irwin Inglas, Attorney; Melvin Pogalies' Real Estate Broker; <br />Paul Sayler, Jr., Engineer; Nlrs. Virginia Luka, property <br />owner; and James E. Reese, Vice President of Hi-Fy Gasoline <br />Stations, Inc. who have an option to purchase the property. <br />A use permit is being requested. Interested, neighboring parties, both <br />business and residential property owners, were properly notified by mail <br />but none appeared at the hearing. <br />Nlr. Reese stated that the distance from the Universalist Church is 507 feet. <br />A motion was made by Mr. Lindsay, seconded by Mr. Parkerg to reject on the <br />basis of Ordinance No. 2445 - Art, Xg9 Section 4e, SS 14; Art.
