RE6ULAR MEETING OF THE BOARD OF ZONtNG APPEALS <br />HELD AT THE COTY HALL NOVEMBER 1, 1960 <br />The meeting was called to order at 7:40 p.m. <br />hlembers present: Edward Byers, William Greene, Willard Klinite, and Lioyd Morgan. <br />Members absent: None <br />Also present: Ernest J. Gundy, Building Commissioner <br />The minutes of the regular meeting of the Board of Zoning Appeals of October 4, <br />1960, were reade <br />Mr. Klinite moved a resolution expressing our sorrow at the loss of our Chairman, <br />Mr. Eddie Hixson, and asked Council to issue a corronendation for the outstanding <br />services of Mr. Hixson to the City of North Olmsted. The motion was seconded by <br />Mr. Greene and unanimousiy approved. <br />The following Appeals were heard; <br />1. Appellant; Louis J. Palker - 5243 South Porter Road <br />? North Olmsted, Ohio <br />The appellant requested permission to erect a detached garage 4 feet from the rear <br />property line. <br />It was moved by Mr. Mot-gan and seconded by hlr. Greene that the variance be granted. <br />The motion was unanimously approved. <br />2. Appellant: Mrs. Kain - 4832 Claque Road <br />North Olmsted, Ohio <br />The appellant requested permission to build an outdoor private stairway on the <br />rear of her s+ngl-e dwetling to the existing second floor. <br />double <br />Mr. Colebrick, adjacent property owner, filed an informal objection with Mr. Gundy. <br />The matter was scheduled for a'publicPhearing at a,later date. <br />3. Appellant: Kurt L. Leeseburq - 25170 Lorain Road <br />North Olmsted, Ohio <br />The appellant requested permission to build an addition containing a garage and <br />upstairs bedroom withen 3 feet of the side property line.
