1 MYNUTES OF A NIEETING OF THE pLANNING COMMISSION CITY 0F NORTH OLMSTED April 26, 1960 Present: Joseph P. Kadylak, Richard Mongello, Thomas Biadas, Thomas J. Doran, Ballard W. Vincent, and Anthony T. LaPonza. The meeting was called to order at 8:10 P. M., by Chairman, Joseph P. Kadylak. The minutes of the meeting of April 12, were read by Mr. Mongello, Secretary, and approved. It was moved by Mr. Kadylak, seconded by Mr. Vincent, the proposed subdivision of Mr. William Pate be accepted, providing an area of approximately 300 x 240 (3 lots),to be used at present for a sanitation treatment plant, be held for future use as City property. "yeas" Kadylak, Mongello, Biadas, Doran, Vincent, LaPonza. These changes were made in accordance with the Planning Commission's recommendation and are being forwarded to the Council for approval. A conununication was read from Mr. Biskind, requesting a withdrawal to rezone property on the South side of Brookpark Road, between Fleharty and Columbia Roads from industrial to multiple dwelling, administrative or professional office buildings, and research laboratory use. Mr. Kadylak stated a motion is pending, whereby no action or decision will be made by the Planning Commission for a period of ninety (90) days, which time will expire on June 8th, 1960. With reference to the request received from Mr. Oviatt, regarding the depth of the proposed commercial rezoning of the North and South sides of Lorain Road, from Columbia Road, West, to the existing commercial zoning, it was determined that the present depth of the existing Multiple Dwelling zoning be used. `- ' i. Mr. KaIIareff presented a plat of the Candelight Subdivision. This is the second time this plat was presented to the Commission. All necessary changes were made in accordance with the request of the Planning Commission. A motion was made by Mr. Biadas, seconded by Mr. LaPonza, that the plat be accepted, providing an agreeable arrangement can be worked out between the developer and Mr. Leroy Harris, who has property adjoining the proposed Hawkins Avenue. The provisions are as follows: 1. That Mr. Harris deed his portion of 25 feet of Hawkins Avenue to the City of North Olmsted, and reimburse the developer of the Candelight Subdivision his proportionate share of the paving costs of proposed Hawkins Avenue. 2. That the developer of the Candelight Subdivision deed to the City of North Olmsted the block referred to as Block A; lot size 96 x 114 feet, to be used by the City of North Olmsted at its discretion. 3. If the developer of Candelight Subdivision puts in all of the improvements of Hawkins Avenue, Mr. Leroy Harris, his heirs or assigns, must pay back to the City of North Olmsted their proportionate share of the part of Hawkins Avenue that has been developed by the Candelight Subdivision before
