Mr. Teter Kleist, Presislerat of Libby Lee Corporatfon9 submitted plans <br />for a subdivision adjoi.ning a proposed churcla in that area.. <br />2. rYr. Sayler atad Mr. Varity, representing ttce Lorain Mtatual Investment <br />Company," presented plans for a subdivision adjoiaing that of the Libby <br />Lee Corporati.an subdivisionv <br />3. Mr. Rockstein represented the prcoposed ehu4eh in this issue. <br />After considerable discussion, it was moved by Mr. A1oYZgello' secondecl by . <br />Mro Vfneentfl that a Coffimittee, eonsasting. of A4essrs, Kadylak, Mangello, <br />Vincent, LaPoatza, attcl Kanareff, our Gity Ercgimeer, make a study of the <br />area and report to the Commission at the next meeting. <br />GFSSNER ROAD - In behalf of Mx•m McDaniels, Mr. Rinyu presentecl a plan for <br />the eoaastrttction of a dwelliag on Gessner Roado Yt was subma.tted to the <br />Coanmission because the lot is smaller than zoning in that area allows. N1r. <br />Delfing, owmer of the adjoinin.g propertys seems to be in favor of the plan. <br />Tlafs proposal was also referred ta Committee, for report at the next meetfngo <br />The Secretarg, Yx. Mongelloe read a communication from th.e State of Ohfo- <br />Department mf gndustrial and.Ecoaaomic Devel.opment, stating Federal funds <br />were availalale for a proposesl stticly for the City of North Olmsted.
