? ?, .. <br />Ct`#u .?f CNM4 (IDXzatst.eb, w4ir <br />..?„?..?.. <br />REGULAR MEETING OF THE BOARD OF ZONtNG APPEALS <br />HELtD AT THE CITY HALL JA(dUARY 3, 1961 <br />The meeting was called to order at 7:50 p.m. <br />Members presente Edward Byers, ldiltiarn Greene, Willard Klinite, and I.loyd Morgan. <br />Members absent: None <br />Also present: Ernest Gundy, Building Commessioner <br />'Phe portions of the minutes of December 6, 1960, regarding the two pu6lic hearings <br />scheduled for this meeting were read and approved. These two pubtic hearings <br />were regarding the appeals of Melbro, lnc., and Carol A. Greenwood. <br />1. Appellante Melbro, Inco, D. E. Me1linQer, Pres., - 1537 Marview Drive <br />Westlake, Ohio <br />1'he appellant requested permission to build a one-story apartment building on the <br />first lot north of 3492 Clague Road, North Olmsted, Uhio. The reason for rejection <br />of the permit was a proposed drivevray provoding access to Clague Road, which is <br />zoned for residence, and also that the appellant needs 2,000 more square feet of <br />lot area for the number of apartment units he intends to constructo <br />Appearing in oppositiont Clinton A. Bowman - 3792 Clague Road <br />Mr. <br />It was moved by/Morgan and seconded by Mr. Greene that the variance be granted. <br />The motion was unanimously approved. <br />2. Appellantt Carol A. Greenwood - 5600 Columbia Road <br />North Olmsted, Ohio <br />The appellant requested permission to et-ect two post lights, 12 feet h3gh, one <br />on either side ofi the driveway, and an awning to cover cases of beverage at the <br />rear of the store. <br />Appearing in opposition: Josef Wallner - 5640 Columbia Road <br />J. Stemitz - 5637 Coiumbia Road <br />It uvas moved by Mr. Greene and seconded by Mr. Byers that the matter be tabled <br />until 7 p.m. January 10, 1961, when the Board members would meet at the appellant's <br />property and then adjourn to City Hall for a decision. This would be a continuance <br />of a public hearing. The motion was unanimously approved. <br />3.Appellant: Mrs. Louis Simonyd - 5160 Whitethorne Avenue - Sublot 96 <br />North Olmsted, Ohio <br />The appellant requested permission to build a three-bedroom9'single dwelling and <br />a detached garage on the lot.
