Ctv .af &Nvdh (Dixtt-steb, 04ija <br />..?..?.. <br />RE6UL.AR MEET I NG OF THE BOARD OF ZON I NG APF'EALS <br />HELD AT THE CITY HALL FEBRUARY 7, 1961 <br />The meeting was called to order at 7:45 p.m. <br />Members present: Edward Byers, William Greene, Willard Klinite, Lloyd Morgan, <br />and Marvin Smith. <br />Members absent: None <br />Also present: Clarence Oviatt, City Solicitor <br />The minutes of the regular meeting of January 3, 1961, and the special meeting <br />of January 10, 1961, were approved. <br />There being no appeals scheduled for this meeting, the Board devoted its time <br />to discussing various aspects of a draft procedure to be written by Mr. Morgan <br />and presented at the next regular meeting for discussion by the Board. <br />(Draft procedure is attached to these minutes.) <br />The meeting was adjourned at 9t15 p.m. <br />4lillard Klinite, Chairman oyd rga ecretary
