Ct?? ?f WVrt4 OXutstdr, (04iv <br />..G„G..&,ra.. <br />SPECSAL MEETING OF TNE BOARD OF ZONiNG APPEALS <br />HELD AT YHE CITY HALL MAY 23, 1961 <br />The meeting was called to order at 7e40 p.m. <br />Members present: Edward Byers, William Greene, and Lloyd Morgan <br />Members absento Willard Klinite and Marvin Smith <br />Also presente Ernest J. Gundy, Building Commissioner <br />The portion of the minutes of the regular meeting of May 3, 1961, pertaining <br />to the appeai of Mre Emmett L. Lemp was read. <br />This was a special meeting held at the request of the <br />Appellant: Emmett L. Lemp - 14412 Courtland Avenue <br />Cieveland 11, Ohio <br />concerning his appeat of Niay 3, 1961, in which he requested permission to <br />move a house now on Grayton Road in Cleveland to sublot no. 8 on Park Lane <br />in North Otmsted, <br />The appel7ant at this meeting requested permission to move the house to <br />sublot no, 8 on Rark Lane and place ifi so that a variance of 8 feet on one <br />front corner of the house and 15 feet on the other front corner of the.house <br />would be necessary. This would be a front yard variance rather than a <br />variance in the rear yard footage which the appellant orig8nally requested <br />on May 3. <br />The appellant presented the signatures of the following neighbors stating <br />that they have no objection to the front yard variance: <br />Mr. & Mrso R. C. Schumacher - 5172 Park Lane <br />Mr. & Mrs. A. R. Felmer 0 5164 Park Lane <br />Mr. & Mrs. Wray Hertzlin - 5152 Park Lane <br />Nbr. Wiler Reiley - owner of sublot no. 9, Park Lane <br />Messrs. Schumacher, Felmer, and Hertzlin were present at this meeting in <br />favor of the variance. <br />The following were present and in opposition to the variance; <br />Mra & Mrsa Frarecis W. Pinard ? 5173 Park Lane <br />Mr. & Mrs. Arthur L. Barrow - 5157 Park Lane <br />It was moved by Mr. Morgan and seconded by Mr. Byers that the variance not be <br />granted. The motion was unanimously approvede The meeting was adjourned at 8:45 pamm <br />C °rman ?m o" S e c ary ?
