: <br />gttu laf Narth C?Xut-st.eb, (104iia <br />..?..?.. <br />REGULAR MEE'TING OF THE BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS <br />HELD AT THE C9TY HALL JULY 5, 1961 <br />The meeting was called to order at 7s35 pam. <br />Members present: William Greene, Willard {Elinite, LDoyd Morgan, and Marvin Smith <br />Members absentt Edward Byers <br />Also present: Ernest J. Gundy, Building Commissioner <br />1. Appellant: Mr.s. William H. Jordon - 5115 Dover Center Road <br />North Olmsted, Ohio <br />The appellant requested permission to open a beauty shop in a single residentia) <br />area, asking for a use permit. This appeal was carried over from the meeting of <br />June 20. <br />Mr. Theodore L. Rowe, 5145 Dover Center Road, was present at this meeting, but <br />stated he had no objection to the variance. <br />lt was moved by Mr. Morgan and seconded by Mr. Greene that the variance be granted. <br />The motion was unanimously approved. <br />2. Appeltant: Raymond W. Miller - 23041 Summerland Avenue <br />North Olmsted, Ohio <br />The appellant requested permission to erect a garage 3 feet from the lot line. <br />It was moved by Mr. Smith and seconded by Nlr. Morgan that the variance be granted. <br />The motion was unanimously approvede <br />3. Appellant: He1en C. and Evelyn F. Cullen -46g0 Flehartv Road <br />North Olmsted, Ohio <br />The appellant requested permission to erect a garage 2d1/2 feet from the side <br />lot line. The appeilant presented a letter from the neighbor to the north - <br />Mr. & Mrs. Richard Bohland - saying that fihey have no objection to the variance. <br />It was moved by Mr. Greene and seconded by Mro Smith that the variance be granted. <br />The motion was unanimously approved. <br />4. Appellanfi: D. J. Adams, M.P.M. Motor Mart - 23547 Lorain Road <br />North Olmsted, Ohio <br />The appellant requested permission to erect a sign which would come 5 feet closer <br />to the street than the distance set forth by the building code. The members of <br />the Board adjourned to the site in question.
