MINUTES OF A MEETING OF THE PLANNINGCOMMISSION <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED FEBRUARY 14, 1961 <br />The meeting was called to order at 8:00 P,Ma, by Vice-Chairman, Ballard W. <br />Vincent. <br />The minutes of the meeting of Janrxary 24ich, 1961 were approved as read. <br />Present were: Ballard W. Vincent, Richard Mongello, Anthony_T. LaPonza, <br />Donald T. Ford, and Leslie S. Macs. <br />Absent: Joseph P. Kadylak, and Ralph P. Kelley. <br />BAUER SUBDIVZSION <br />Mr. Joseph L. Bauer presented a subdivision to the Plannfng Commission on <br />which he would like to have the lot size cut down from 80 feet to 60 feet. <br />This subdiviss.on is located Isehind Whitethorn Roads The Planning Commission <br />decided to hold in abeyance any decision on this subdivision until a fuither <br />-study can be made. The Planning Commission will meet with Mr. Bauer Satnsday <br />at 1:00 o'clock to study this area. <br />COLUMBIA ESTATES <br />A proposal for a subdivision off Columbia Road was presented to the Planning <br />Commission by Mre Neil Bennett and Mr. Harold Sehneider. Each lot is to be <br />equivalent to about 8700 square feet, 60 x 145 feeta This will also be <br />studied further by the Committee and a decision will be held until the next <br />meeting. <br />SHERWOOD ESTATES <br />Mr. Ray Henry presented to the Planning Commission a proposal for the re- <br />subdivision of sub lots 97-56 for an easement for a treatment plant and a <br />driveway into the plant in the existing Sherwood Estates Subdivision. The <br />plat was approved ancl signed. <br />C & M CORPORATION <br />Mr. J. E. Frederick and Mr, Wme Patterson, representing the C& M Corporation, <br />presented a proposed subdivision to the Planning Coaunission. This subdivision <br />would be loeated on the corner of Columbia Road and Kennedy Ridge Road, and <br />would consist of a gasoline station and an apartment site of about seventy <br />(70) units. The possibility of a high rise apartment aaas discussed, and the <br />Planning Commission determined to have their Committee study this ptoposal <br />and have a decision at the next meeting. <br />It was moved by Mr. Macs, seconded by Mr. Ford, that the meeting be adjourned. <br />°'Yeas" Vincent, Mongello, LaPonza, Ford, Macs. <br />The meeting adjourned at 9:36 P.M. <br />? <br />Ballard W.
