This subdivision was accepted by a previous Planning
Commission for recording purposes, but was never developed as such. As first
submitted, it included 22 lots. As resubmitted, it will consist of 29 lots,
A committee was formed to meet with Mr. Bauer Saturday at 10:00 A,M., to study
the area.
BEVERLY HILLS SUBDIVISION - JOE BAUER
The plan here was to put up a less expensive type home at the other end of the
now existing Beverly Hills Subdivision. Mr. Bauer proposed to end the now
existing Revere Drive with a cul-de-sac and start a new subdivisiori in the
back portion with ingress from Fitch Road. Mr, Bauer will g-esent a plot plan
and request rezoning from aa to aaa on in. The people of this area naw
want to know if the Commission will pursue this any further. Mr. Macs was
of the opinion that since the commission recommended to,have the land now
zoned industrial, rezoned, they should suggest an alternate for the
industrially zoned land.
