Vincent, Anthony T. LaPonza, Leslie B. Macs, Richard Piongellc <br />and Donald Ford. <br />Absent: Joseph P. Ka.dylak and Ra.lph Kelley. <br />Also Present were: Alex Kanareff, City Engineer; Clarence J. Oviatt, Solicitor; <br />and Henry Caster, Councilman. <br />The meeting was called to order at 8:40 P.M. by Vice-Chairman Vincent. <br />The minutes of the previous meetiizg were read and approved. <br />ENGOGLIA. SUBDTtIISION <br />Mr. Philip Engoglia carie hefore the Comrv.ssion for approval, of the improvement <br />plans for Nancy Drive storm sewers, sanitary., water main, and concrete pavement. <br />These plans are notq in the process of being revised. Upon the recommendation of <br />Mr. Kanareff, it was moved by Mr. LaPonza, seconded Uy Mr. I4acs, to approve these <br />plans with the following conditions: <br />1. That permission can be obtained from thE County to lower the ditch <br />within the treatment pl.ant site. <br />2. That an easement be provided for the ditch right of way over the <br />currently Knol1 parcel. <br />3. That tne necessary mi.nor revisions are made. <br />These conditions would anply to all of the streets in this subdivision but the <br />approval is based only on Nancy Drive. Other streets in this subdivision are <br />Terrace Drive, Luanne Drive, and Angela Drive. "YEAS" LaPonza, 14acs, Ford, <br />Vincent, Mongello. <br />ATIZNIK - PIASTICK ROAD <br />It was moved by Mr. LaPonza, seconded by iir. Ford, to approve i7r.. Niznik's plat <br />subject to relocation of the driveway conforming to North Olmsted City building <br />requirements, no plat required., if NIr. Niznik will relocate the clriveway and <br />bring his plat to PJlr. Gunde for approval. YT;AS LaPonza, Ford, Macs9 Vincent, <br />Mongello. <br />VAFiCAN, INC. - VARADY <br />It was moved by Ntr. LaPonza., seconded by i%ir. I-Zacs, to accept this plat on the <br />basis thzt: <br />1. The Church will not be assessed far paving oi the portion of the <br />street in question, approximately 50 to 60 feet in width and suf- <br />ficient area for street purposes, the whole length of the Diocese <br />property. <br />2. That any future special assessments would be paid by the Church if <br />needed by ?'?he Church for their use or if the property is sold to a <br />private developer, -that the developer would ba reauired to pay his <br />pro ra+a share.
