Kadylak, Ba1.lard W. Vincent, Richard Mongello9 Anthoriy T. <br />LaPonza, and Donald Ford. <br />Absent: Lesl.ie B. Nlacs and Ralph Kelley. <br />Also Present: glox Kannareff, City Engineer; Clarence Oviatt, Solicitor. <br />The reading of the minutes of the previous meeting was dispensed with. <br />SCiiNEIDER--RFZONING WHITETTJORN-ANDRUS <br />Mr. Schneider presented to the Commission a plan to have 2 lots on the corner of <br />Whitethorn and Andrns Roads rezoned commercial, with a 10-foot easement for the <br />CitZr. It was moved by 14x°. LaPonza., seconded by Mr. rord, to form a committee to <br />make a f ield survey of this area and let Mr. Schneider knotr of their decision at <br />the next meeting. 7CEAS LaPonza, Ford' Kadylak' Mongellos Vincent. The committee <br />will be composed of Mr. LaPonza, Mr. Kadylak, and Mr. Ford, and wi11 meet Saturday. <br />This land fronts on Whitethorn. <br />NETI, MITCHELL--PROPOSED SUBDNISION <br />Mr. Mitchell presented to the Planning Commission his proposea subdivision f'or <br />the lanas lying between Brookpaxk Road anci Lorain Roaci and Columbia Road and <br />Fleharty Roade 1t consists of 187 lots, tIis plan is to have it zoned resiaential <br />ancl to leave Block B& C dedicated to the City for future street purposes. It was <br />moved by Mr. Vincent, seconded by Mr. LaPonza9 to accept this pre7.iminary plat as <br />shown. YEAS Vincent, LaPonza, Mongello, Ford; Mr. Kadylak approved it but was <br />reluctant to approve the lots facing Brookpark for residential pnrposes. <br />VARCAN SuBD1VISI0N - MICHPEL VARADY <br /> <br />Mr. Varaay requested rezoning and clarification of his obligation for the street. <br />It was stated what was expected of him and he agrQed to the requests. It was <br />reCOmmenciod by Mr. Vincent tnat Plicnael Avenue be extended into the multiple <br />dwelling area as a private drive which wi11 be located ana shown on the linen. <br />LIBBY-LEF SUBDTVISION <br />rir. Mongello submitted plans for t!ze Libby-Lee Subdivision. They are asking for <br />an additional 200 f'eet over what they had original.ly requested. It was moved by <br />Mr. Kad,ylaky seconded by Mr. Fordi to hold tnis in abeyance until Air. 14ongello <br />anci Mr. Kad3rlak, as a committee, work with this plan and study the proposal. <br />YEAS Kadylak, }?ord, Mongello, Vincent, LaPonza.
