OF A ME,tTING OF.'1'HE PLANNING CU11N116STON <br /> <br />CTTY OF NORTH 0"I,14STED, OHIO - SEPT. 26., 1961 <br />The meeting was called to order at 8:30 P.M. by Chairman Kadylak. <br />Present: Joseph P. Kadylak, Ballard W. Vincent, Richard Monge"llo, Anthony T. <br />LaPonza, i7onald T. Ford, and Leslie B. Macs. <br />Absent: Ralph P. Kelleyo <br />Also Present: Ernest J. Gundy, Building Commissioner; Henry Caster, Councilman; <br />Clarence J. Oviatt' Solicitor; and Alex Kannareff, Cit,y Engineer. <br />SCITNf=;1DER--RELONING WHITETHORN-Ard-DRUS <br />Discussion ensued relative to the proposed rezoning of this parcel of land. Mr. <br />Schneider stated that ne would like to put a building on this lot that could be <br />leased out to an insurance company or a loan company, however it was pointed out <br />that the deed restriction on this property was a two-family residence. It was <br />moved by N1r. Mongello' seconded by Mr. Vincent, to hold this in abeyance until <br />such time as Mr. 5chneider brings or mails to the Commission or Mr. Oviatt his <br />title papers so that they can be studied and a determination made on this parcel. <br />YEAS Mongello., Vincent, Kadtrlak, Ford, LaPonza, Macs. <br />LIBBy_LEE SU?LDIVISION <br />The total area o# this subdivision is 13.49 acres, with a total depth of 1080 <br />feet asked f'ors It vrill consist of 60 two bedrooM suites and 180 one bedroom <br />suites. They are requesting an additional 300 feet zoned f'or multiple dwelling. <br />Mr. Oviatt requested that a letter be produced from Zibby-Lee Corporation re- <br />garding the conveyance of the 30 feet to ba used for street purposes from C.E.T. <br />to Libby-Lee to the City of. North Olmsted. Thi,s will be the parcel ot land to be <br />used for West 237th Street, lt was unanimously decicied to hold this in abeyance <br />until this requirement is met, however, it met with the preli.minary approval of <br />the Conmission. <br />The Commission is working on a master plan map of the City. Mr. Kadylak will be <br />in contact with each of the m6mbers within the next 60 days regarding this map. <br />With no other business before the Commission, it wa.s moved by NIr. Ford, seconded <br />by Mr. Macs, to adjourn the meeting.
