LaPonza, Donald Ford., <br />and Leslie B. Nlacs. <br />Absent: Joseph P. Kadylak and Ralph P. Kelley <br />Also Presente Clarence Oviatt, Solicitor; Alex Kanareff9 City Engineer; Ernest <br />J. Gundy, Bui'lding Commissioner; and Henry Caster, Councilman. <br />The meeting was called to order at 8:20 P.M. by Vice-chairman Vincent. <br />The minutes of the previous meeting were read and approveds <br />i,IBBY-LFE CORPORATION <br />Plans were resubmitted for the proposed apartment development. A discussion <br />ensued for the dedication of the C.E.I. property to the City for street purposes. <br />Mr. Kleist was directed to indicate on the Libby-Lee Subdivision lines the C.B.I. <br />property which will be dedicated to the City f'or street purposes. <br />A motion of acceptance was macle by Mr; LaPonza, secondeci by Mr; Ford, regarding <br />the additianal 300 foot depth needed for the apartment development contingent <br />upon the street dedication by C.E.I. YEAS LaPonza, Ford, Macs, Mongello, Vi.ncent. <br />SCMIDER - REZONING 61HITETHURN-ANDRUS <br />A letter was read from Mr. Oviatt stating that the deed restriction would prohibit <br />Nlro Schneider's land from being rezoned cocnmercialo Tt was requested by Mra Mongello <br />that before the Commission take any action on the rezoning of this parcel, that Mr. <br />Schneider present to them some definite plans for this area for consideration. Mr. <br />Schneider will return at a later date. <br />NORTH OLMSPED HISTORICAL SQCIETY <br />Mr. Ginley, representing the North Olmsted Historical Socicty, came bef'ore the <br />Commission to find out if the Society could acquire public lands for use as a <br />museum site. Mr. Vincent suggested that before the Commission would take any <br />action on any such proposal, that the Society provide them with some definite <br />plans, the proposed site, and some.?estimate of the cost so the Commission would <br />have something to work froms <br />ATEIL MITCHELL--PROPOSED SuBDN1SI0N <br />Mro Mitchell will resubmit his linen to the Commission at a later date' in con- <br />formity with the requests of the Plats Con,mitteeo <br />DTOCESE PRUPrRTY <br />NIr. Oviatt suggested tYiat the Commission name the street that is being given the <br />City of North Olmsted by the Dioceso. lt was unanimously decided by the Commission <br />to designate this street as Reed Avenue, proposed.
