<br />The meeting was called to order at 8:20 by Chairman Vincent.
<br />The minutes oi the previous meeting were road-by NIr. LaPonza and aoproved a.s rea.do

<br />After a brief discussion it was moved b,y Mr. LaFonza, seconded b,y Mr. Kadylak, to
<br />accelDt the preliminary clrawings of this subdivision pending an engineering report and
<br />comnleted plans as to how the final plat will look' the feeling of the Commission

<br />Mr. Levitt and Mr. San.ford Shore, representing Mr< Levitt, presented a proposal ior
<br />a resiclential subd.ivision between Kennedy Ridge Road ancl Brookpark Road eonsisting
<br />of 47 residential lots with an apartment area. They were advised that as this pro-
<br />posed uso does n.ot conforM to the present zoning o_f the area and will not conform
<br />to tre proposed new zoning for this area, that t;!e Commission cou.ld not take anf
<br />action on this proposal now. It was recommended by Mr. Vincent to give the
<br />Commission time to see what the resu.lts of the proposecl new zoning Urill be and
<br />he will then be able to change the use to conform with the new zoning use proposed
<br />for this area.
<br />MANDIIN'G CAI-ZPBELL
<br />Ms, Geor;e 142nning, representing Manning Campbell, presAnted the plat back to the
<br />Commission with the change in street opening reguested b,y Colincil. Discussion ensued
<br />relative to street openings and relative to a -oiece of land for a possible school in
<br />that area or for expansion of the school »resentilv in that area. It was moved by
<br />PIr. Eord, seconded by 14r. Stack, tilat since the,y `iave comrlied -•rith the requests of
<br />trie Planning Commission and Council, tnat the Commission would approve the -oreli_minary

<br />A communication was read regarding Columbia Estates Subdivision rdo. 2. It was moved
<br />by Mr. LaPonza, seconded by Nr. Stack, to hold any action on this subdivi.sion in
<br />abe,yance until the developer appears at tne meeting to give the Commission a truer
