Vincent, Leslie B. Macs, Anthony T. LaPonza, Joseph P. Kad,ylak, <br />Richard C. Mongello, Donald Ford, and Tlwmas Stack. <br />Absent: None <br />Also Presents George Schaaf, Solicitor; Carl Andreano, Substituting City Engineer. <br />The Commission approved Ordinance nTo. 62-33 including the Zoning Map attached subject <br />only to the foZlowzng amendments and changes: <br />The amendments as proposed by Council of the ?oning Ordinance and Zoning Map were read <br />and action tiaas taken on all of them by the Commission. All of the proposed amendments <br />met with the aUproval of the Planning Coinmission except No. 7. <br />The Commission f'eels that Section 1204.02, second sentence, should read "Tmay submit to <br />Planning Commission". replace word Council with words "Planning Commission't, and <br />Planning Commission should be referred to throughout that section instead of Council. <br />Discussion ensued relative to the proposed light industrial area on the west end as <br />referred to in No, 1 of the proposed changes to the Zoning Map. It was moved by Mro <br />LaPonza, seconded by Mr. Macs, for a mixed use with a buf.ter of multiple dwelling <br />section to be 360 feei; minimum and a maximum of 500 feeti. YEAS LaPonza, Macs, <br />FRAN KLIN BROTHEF?S SUBDIVISION <br />P?Iongello, Kadylak, Ford, Stack. Mr. Vincent Uaas against this proposal. <br />It was recommended by Mra Ford, seconded by Mr. Stack, that a11 of' I,orain Road be <br />made general commercial. YEAS Ford, Stack, Mongello, LaPonza, Macs, Vincent, <br />Kadylak. <br />The Commission approved the improvement plans for this proposed subdivision' but held <br />in abeyance all buiiding in this area until the Alexander Road culvert is enlarged. <br />ROSE TREE Si)BDIVISIODIS N0. 1 A-10 N0. 2 <br /> <br />These two proposed subdivisions were held in abeyance until a committee check can be <br />made. <br />T-'IANNIPTG CAIt1PBELL SUBDIVISION <br />This subdivision was held in abeyance until a committee check can be mada. <br />Discussion ensued relative to the T1dest 231st Streot area being mixed use. No action <br />was taken on this area by the Commission. <br />Tt was moved by Mr. Mongello, seconded by Mr. Ford, to adjourn the meeting.
