Mangani for the above change <br />was un.animously approved. <br />No interested neighbors present at this December 3, 1963 meeting objected to <br />the front set back building line. <br />Mro Klinite moved that this front yard set-back building line for the entire <br />development be granted with the stipulation that this variance i.s for this Walter- <br />Maple- Subdivision OIVLY.
