Macs, Anthony T. LaPonza, Donald T. Ford, and Richard C. Mongello. <br />Absente Joseph P. Kadylak, Thomas Stack, aiad Ballard W. Vincent. <br />Also Present: George Schaaf9 5olicitor; Alex Kanareff, City Engineer; James T. Wilson, <br />Safety Director; Carl Andreano, Engineer; and PTr. Frangell$, Postmaster. <br />The meeting was called to order at 5:10 P.M. <br />The;::rainutes of the previous meeting were r2ad and approved as corrected. <br />LIBBY-LEE INC. - C. 0. FISHER <br />1.7r. Fisher presented a proposed subdivision in the area of Porter Road, NIartin Drive, <br />and Brookpa-rk Extension consisting of 129 sublots. It was stated triat there would be <br />a treatment plant located on sublots 54, 55, 56, 589 59 and 60 and sublots 88 and 106 <br />to be reserved for future street -ourposes. 1'he culvert sizes will be increased and the <br />open ditch will be culver-ted with 480 culverting. It was moved by Mr. Mongello, seconded <br />by Mr. LaPonza, to put this into com-mittee for further study and 'Mr. Fisher «ill be pres- <br />ent at the next meeting of the Commission. Discussion ensued and several suggestions and requests were <br />made by the Commission. Iqr. tnlilson, Safety Director, was present <br />at the meeting and gave his vietias on this proposal. This proposal was tabled until Mr. <br />Nudelman9 Mr. Wilson, the Fi-re Chief, Mr. Guridy, and a fire insurarice -v,rriter can discuss <br />this further..
