Vincent, Les11e B. Macs, Donald Ford, Anthony T. LaPonza, <br />Richard Mongello. <br />Absent: Joseph F. Kadylak, Thomas Stack, <br />Mr. Andrew Burin resubmitted to the Planning Commission the Nudelman high-rise <br />apartment. Discussion ensued relative to this proJect. It was moved by Mr. <br />Mongello, seconded by Mr. Macs, as follows concerning this project: <br />l. l°he height limitation should be changed to 100' 00" for high-rise <br />apartments. <br />2. The area location should be Judged on its merlts. <br />3. The density should be changed to 60 units per acre 1n 1ieu of the <br />18 units per acre for garden type apartments, <br />4. The minimum parking requirement should be 1'-2cars per apartment <br />unit. <br />YEAS: Mongello, Macs, LaPonza, Ford, Vincent, <br />DiBENEDETTO <br />.. <br />Mr. DiBenedetto presented to the Commission a rendering of his proposed twin <br />ten-story apartment buildings located at West 231st and Lorain,,on the North <br />side. This project would contain 200 apartment suites, 2/3 two bedroom, 1/3 <br />one-bedroom suites. 'Discussion ensued relative to this project. A motion <br />was made by Mr. Macs, seconded by Mr. LaPonza, that this project be taken <br />under advisement concurrently.with Mr. Nudelman's proJect and with the same <br />reference to height, denslty and parking9 if this proposed project would be <br />located on the commercial frontage of thls parcel. YEASa Mongello, Macs, <br />LaPonza, Ford, Vincent. <br />ROSETREE SUBDIVISION N0. 1 <br />Improvement drawings.wet°e presented for Rosetree Subdlvision No, la It was <br />moved by Mr. Macs, seconded by Mr. Ford, upon the recommendation of Council's <br />sewer committee, that the Planning Commission will accept the improvement <br />drawings without the fence along the sldewalk in.this subdivisiono YEAS: <br />Macs, Ford, LaPonza, Vincent, Mongello. <br />BUCKEYE PARKING L07 <br />Mr. DiBenedetto asked the Planning Commission about his parking area for the <br />' Buckeye House, referring to Block "C" and Sublot 47. Mr, F'ord made a motion, \ <br />' seconded by Mr. Macs, that the area presently used for the septic system should <br />be used for parking purposes.. (Note that this land does face Lorain Road and <br />'it was inadvertently left off of the zoning map). This would include Block "C" <br />? on West 232nd Street and Sublot 47 on West 231st Street.
