<br />Discussion ensued relative to this project. A motion.was made by Mre
<br />-LaPonza, seconded by Mr. Nlacs, to locate the proposed street from Lorain
<br />Road to Brookpark Road on the Easterly side of the Marjac.Inc. property.
<br />One half o#' the street would be on Mar jac, Inc. property and: the other
<br />half of the street would be locatecl on the 'v'1esterly side of the. Columbia
<br />Land Inc. subd.ivision and the westerly side of the Mitehell cornmercial
<br />property. A].so, a 60$ easeinent shall be reserved for street purposes
<br />through the IAarjac, Inc. propertym The cledicationfor str_eet purposes
<br />would be located opposite sublots No, 70 and 60 in the Columb.ia Land, Inco

<br />Macs, seconned-by Mr. LaPonza, to the effect that invievT of the new
<br />matters being presenteci to the Commission in the fqrm Of a vigorous
<br />argument opposed to t-he rezoning by the Alayor with his facts on school
<br />load and stability of such prlject, further that representatives of the
<br />homeowners on adjoining stxeets have -presented petitions.•^: of citizens on
<br />Selhurst, Silverdal, Canterbury Road, tifdest Ranchview and RanchviezrT,
<br />numbe-ring about 113 fami3.ies oppos.ing the rezoning measure, further the
<br />origina?. homeo.rners petitiox?ing in favor of the rezoning have removerl
<br />their support and have signed the new petitibn opposing the zoning. It
<br />is difficult zn view of tYais new matter to support the o-r°iginal position
<br />os the Comrnission. It was moved by Mr. Ford, seconded by Mre - Mongello, to
<br />reconsider and to act against the proposed rezoning. YEAS Macs, Mongello,
