<br />tingent upon the Safety Director°s diapoeition of the openings of the atreets."

<br />In accordance with the letter from Council?? Mr.. Bauer changed the namee of the streets to
<br />conform to Boeton flavor. It was moved by Mr. Ford, aeconded by Mr. LaPonzas to accept
<br />the changes made by I?r. Bauer. YEAS Vincenb, yaPonza, Ford9 Mongello. The names of the
<br />atreete will now read Croton, Eoanoke, Falmouth, Clinton.

<br />Mr. Andreano introduced Mesars. glein and I,ucic, Design Engineers for the Illuninating
<br />Co.; Nir. Hamm in chaxge of Easement and Right-of-Way; and Mr. Hayes, Allotment and De-
<br />velopment Co-ordinator. These men representialg CEI explained undergrovaud installation.
<br />Mr. Hamm gave a brief talk about this type of service. Mr. glein and Mr. Lucic ahowed
<br />glides concerning easement for electrical equipment. Diacussfon followed about cost,
<br />hazards, and desireability. Mr. Vincent aeked that a motion be introduced approving
<br />the CEI, underground easement on the Walter Maple Subdivision pla,t. It was moved by
<br />Mr. LaPonza, seconded by ARr. Ford. to approve the plat with the additional easemente
<br />known as the CEI, East Ohio Gae Co., and Ohio Bell Co. YEAS Vincento Ford, Maca,
<br />Riongello, LaPonza.

<br />ence to the C& NI Corp. as to the dispoeition of the street widening of Bennedy Ridge a,nd
<br />aligning of same to Riastic Hd.
