<br />MINUTES OF A MEETING OF THE PLANNING COMNIISSION
<br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED - APRIL 28, 1964
<br />The meeting was called to order at 8:10 P.M. by Chairman Macs,
<br />The minutes of the meeting of April 14 were read and corrected as follows:
<br />PHIL ENGOGLIA changed to read 2 sublots instead of 4 sublots
<br />JOHN ACOCELLA changed to read 107 foot parcel instead of 170 foot parcel
<br />With those corrections the minutes were approved as corrected,
<br />Present: Chairman Leslie B. Macs, Vice-chairman Donald Ford, Secretary Anthony T.
<br />LaPonza, and members Jack Foltz, Joseph P. Kadylak, and James Prokasy.
<br />Absent: Ballard W. Vincent,
<br />Also Present: Ernest J. Gundy, Building Commissioner; Richard Labas, City Engineer•
<br />Bruce Kitchen, Law Director, '
<br />All members of the Commission were presented with a copy of the Cluster Zoning Ordinance.
<br />SAUL S. BISKIND
<br />? Mr. Kanareff presented Mr. Biskind's proposed subdivision between Stearns and Barton
<br />Roads for rezoning from 80' to 70 foot lots. Discussion ensued and upon due consider-.
<br />_ y ation between the Commission, Mr, Mohr, president of the Board of Education, and Mr.
<br />Kanareff, certain recommendations and arrangements are being made and this has been
<br />tabled until it has been resubmitted by the developer at the next meeting, ihis was
<br />a unanimous decision by all members of the Commission.
<br />JOSEPH BAUER
<br />Mr. Richard Aller, on behalf of Mr. Bauer submitted a plot showing 9 sublots for re-
<br />subdivision, 91A, 92A, 93A, 94A, and A, B, C, D, and E. He stated that Mr, Bauer now
<br />owns A, B, and C and is in the process of buying D and E, Upon consideration it was
<br />moved by Mr. Ford, seconded by Mr. Kadylak, that there be no action taken on this until
<br />Mr. Bauer purchases the land and comes before the Commission himself and that this be
<br />rejected as presented. YEAS Ford, Kadylak, LaPonza, Macs, Foltz, Prokasy,
<br />JOHN ACCOCELLA
<br />Upon the recommendation of the committee it was moved by Mr. LaPonza, seconded by Mr.
<br />Foltz, to reject this proposal for rezoning, YEAS LaPonza, Foltz, Kadylak, Ford,
<br />Prokasy, Macs.
<br />Mayor Christman presented each member of the commission with a brfef case for use on
<br />the Commission.
<br />It was moved by Mr. Ford, sesonded by Mr. LaPonza, to adjourn the meeting. YEAS Fod,
