Af ter these corrections the minutes <br />corrected. <br />Acting Secretary Ford <br />O-s "Inc].uded under vote <br />should read "Beverly <br />to the dedication of <br />were approved as <br />Present: Chairman Leslie B. Gundy, Buildina Commissi-oner; City EnGineer, <br />Ricllard Labas; and Law Director, Bruce Kitchen. <br />SANDY RIDGL SUBDIVISION <br />It was reported that on November 12 there was a committee raeeting tivith <br />members of Council, Planning Commission, Saf ety Service Director, NIr. <br />DiBenedetto and other interested persons present. Upon the recommend- <br />ation of the conmittee, it was moved by Mr. Ford, seconded by Mr. <br />Prokasy, to approve this subdivision with the f ollowing contingencies: <br />that 60 feet of sublot 17 should'!be reserved for future street purposes <br />eventu.ally leading into CanterUury Road; a 60 foot radiuS T-t?7pe turn- <br />around Ue shoT,m adjacent to sublots 48 and 49; a 20 foot easement be <br />shown between sublot 10 and 11 for a wallcway into the school property; <br />and 60 f eet of one sublot in the area of sublots 92 and 93 Ue reserved <br />f or a future street opening and to be left to the discretion of the <br />City Engineer. This subdivision consists of 100 sublots'. Y:EAS Ford, <br />Frokasy, Kadylak, Macs, Musial. <br />THE DELRPATH SUI3DIVISION N0. 4 <br />On behalf of Nr. C1inb an, o«er of. pr-operty located at IJest 237th and <br />Reed Road and through to L1m Road, Mr. E'au1 5ayler Jr, presented a <br />groposed subdivision of 37 sublots. Discussion ensued relative to this <br />proposal and it was moved by Mr. Kadylak, seconded by Nr. Prokasy, to <br />put this into eommittee for further study. YLAS ICad.ylalc, Prolcasy, <br />Ford, Alusial, Macs. <br />LAI<E CITY LAND CONiPANY <br />Mr. Mangani brought to the atteiztion of the Commission some new proposals <br />in regard to the Lake City Land Company proposed development and stated <br />th.at this would be ref erred back to the Commission. <br />MR. DiBEi EDETTO <br />Mr. DiBenedetto came before the Commission with a new presentation.for <br />high rise zoning on the corner of Columbia and Kennedy Ridge Roads. <br />Discussion ensued relative to ttiis proposal and Nlro DiBenedetto was
