OF NORTH GLi?iSTED - DECLNi`BEh 22, 1964 <br /> The meeting was called to order at 8:07 F.M. by Chairman Macs. <br />The minutes of the previous meeting were read by Secretary LaPonza <br />and the following was inserted under the heading "PROCEDURE COI,2v1ITTEE" <br />' af ter 2/3 vote ins ert (or 5 yeas) ' <br />After that insertion the minutes were then: approved. <br />Present: ClZairman I,eslie B. Kadylalc and Eallard W. Vincent. <br />A1so Present• Richard Labas, City Engineer; Councilmen West and Caster. <br />CORRESPON DENCE <br />p <br />A communication was read from the C1erk of Council in rebarcl to <br />Ordinance 64-331, Soutiiern Averue Subclivision, regarding a meeting <br />to Le helC between memLers of t:he Comtnission and members oj= Council. <br />No action was taken at this time. <br />GRE,AT NORTHERN BOUI.EV1it??? WATLR iviAlN EASLriENT <br />Upon areport of the City I=:ngineer that h.e had approved these plans <br />suhject to the hydrants being respaced to a maximum of 300 fcet and <br />Ivir. ICanareff's notification that this had been done, it was moved by <br />Mr. Lalonza., seconded by I,ir. Ford, to approve thi_s Progosed watcr nain <br />easemcnt as amended. William Nudelman of Niatherson Builcling Company cane Uefore the <br />Commission requesting rezonii-ig af a parcel of 1an1 located at 23560 <br />Lorain ffoad to hiah rise. His proposal was an 8 story Uuilding -uith <br />101 total suites, 23-1 Uedroom and 78-2 beclroom, cqnd 109 car pa.rlci_ng. <br />Also included was a legal description and a picture of_ the proposed <br />building. Discussion ensued relative to this proposal and it was <br />moved by Mr. Ford, seconded by Mr, Lal-onza, -Lc recommend to Council <br />the rezoning of this parcel to higTh rise, YLkS Ford, LaPonza, Macs, <br />IvIusial. The legal description has been .forwarded -to Ivir. Ivlangani. <br />OLI'/iSTED ARMS AIARTiJiElvT <br />THE DEERPATH' SUBDIVISION <br />Nlr.
