WATLR iviAlN EASLriENT <br />Upon areport of the City I=:ngineer that h.e had approved these plans <br />suhject to the hydrants being respaced to a maximum of 300 fcet and <br />Ivir. ICanareff's notification that this had been done, it was moved by <br />Mr. Lalonza., seconded by I,ir. Ford, to approve thi_s Progosed watcr nain <br />easemcnt as amended. William Nudelman of Niatherson Builcling Company cane Uefore the <br />Commission requesting rezonii-ig af a parcel of 1an1 located at 23560 <br />Lorain ffoad to hiah rise. His proposal was an 8 story Uuilding -uith <br />101 total suites, 23-1 Uedroom and 78-2 beclroom, cqnd 109 car pa.rlci_ng. <br />Also included was a legal description and a picture of_ the proposed <br />building. Discussion ensued relative to this proposal and it was <br />moved by Mr. Ford, seconded by Mr, Lal-onza, -Lc recommend to Council <br />the rezoning of this parcel to higTh rise, YLkS Ford, LaPonza, Macs, <br />IvIusial.
