<br />CITY OF NORTH OLNSTED - JANUAIZY 127 1965.
<br />The meeting was called to order at 8:03 P.M. by Vice-Chairman Ford..
<br />New members Jack Lsgar, Tom laabek, and Wa1t Spaulding, were introduced to
<br />the Commission members by Mayor Christman and sworn into office.
<br />Present: Vice-Chairman I7onald T. Ford, 5ecretary Anthony T. Lal'onza,
<br />and members James Prokasy, Tom Fabek, Jack Esgar and G7a1t
<br />Spaulding.
<br />Absent: Nlember Normatl Musial.
<br />Also Present: Bruce Kitchen, Law Director; Frarik Lord, Assistant Law
<br />Director; Richard Labas, City Engin2er; and vel Limpert,
<br />Saf ety-Service Director.
<br />The minutes of the previous meeting caere read by Secretary LaPonza and
<br />approved as read.
<br />DEERYATH SUBDIVISION NO. 4 PROPOSED
<br />A communication was read rrom Yx. Clincrman in regard to thE proposed
<br />Deerpath Subdivision No, 4 consis-ting of 37 sublo-ts, after xqhich Nlr.
<br />Clingman and NIr. Pau1 Sayler Jr., enginee-r representing ?LI-r. C1ingnan,
<br />came before the Commission. The City Engineer regortecl that he had
<br />approved this. plat Deceazber 30, 1964, and reconmended that the Commission
<br />approve the same. It was reported t'nzt the committee felt the Commission
<br />should talce into consideration the condition of Elm Road and the proposed
<br />location of I80. Discussion ensued relative to this proposal and it was
<br />moved by Mr..Prolcasy, seconded by Pv`xe ZaPonza, to accePt this plot plan
<br />as presented. YEAS 1-jrokasy, LaPonza, Ford, Esdar, Fabek, SPaulding.
<br />Upon consideration, i-L was moved by TIr. Prolcasy, seconded by N1r. LaPonza,
<br />that the City Council should look into and consider the condition of E1m
<br />Road and how it aff ects this sLbdivision pavement imprcving. YEAS
<br />Prokasy, LaPonza, F'ord, Esgar, Fabek, Snaulczing.
<br />Tmprovement plans were presented for this proPosed subdivision including
<br />paving, sewer, water, and a topographical plan. Discussion ensued and it
<br />was moved by Mr. Prolcasy, seconded by IvSr. Ford, to refer these plans to
<br />committee and forward them to the City Engineer f_or his recommendations
<br />at the next meeting. YEAS I'rokasy, LaPonza, Ford, '?sgar, Fabelc, Spaulding.
<br />AvNUAL RLPOUT
<br />The annual report for 1964 as presen-ted by gast Chairman TWlacs was read by
<br />Secretary LaPonza showing the numUer of mee-Lings he1d, and the pe-rtinent
<br />data as to the number of subdivisions and su.blots approved during the
<br />year, number of building permits issued, and total valuation.
