Sha:rp, 23599 Stoneybrook9 North Olmsted, Request for variance (1133.13) to buil.d po?ch enclosure on existing slab at rear of home. Slab is 121 wide by 10' deep. Depth of reqr yard from porch enclosuxe would be 401. Request is in violation of Section 1163.O1$ which requires 501 rear yard setbacko N1rm Sharp explained thati his bui.lder had proceedPd to er?ct the porch en - closure without securing needed permit and variance.
