<br />lira Bennett stated the property on which home is to be built, ties in with
<br />the rest of the Trlasmer properties, which have setbacks varyi.ng from 300'
<br />to 5001. In order for this home to blend in with accompanying residences
<br />the setback must exceed the permitted 701. Placing -the home closer toUrard
<br />the street would put it i.n a lower a.rea, which ma.ght eventually lead to
<br />drainage proble ms ,
<br />A form letter apptrovang and consenting to the proposed location of the
<br />home on the parcel., was presented, signed by the followirg: Jean Tomer9

<br />known of his plans to bua.ld a home with setback stated, and were in agree-
<br />mentm
<br />The dwelling now standing on the Wasmer property wi11 be vacated on Alovember
<br />l. P1ans have not been made as yet as to wizether dwelli.r.g wi11 be imprvved
<br />and parcel subd.ivided, or whether dwelling wi11 be torn down.
<br />Mrm Scheeff made a motion that the variance be grantEd wi.th the condit ion
<br />that either the parcel be subdivided or the existing dwelling be torn down
<br />before the tAlasmer hom is occupied,. Second by iMr. Byers o Motion passed.
