James <br />A. Prokasy at 8:00 o°clock pem. witti the follawing members presente <br />Jack Esgar, Vice Chairman; Thoirlas M. FaUek., Secretary; Anthony <br />T. LaPonza, Wal_ter T. Spalcing Jr., and Donald Ford. <br />. Motion was rriade by Ch•ai_rman Prokasy, seconded by Walter <br />Spalding that T'frmber Norman T. Musial be excused. Motion put to <br />a vote; yeas, Spalding, LaPonza, Prokasy, Ford,Fsgar, and Fabek. <br />Also Present: Mr. Raymoncl DykVs, REsident; Mr. Donald Horace; <br />Mr. Ray Frangella, Postmaster, N[r. Leslie Macks, and Mr. Richard <br />Labas, City Engineer. . <br />TI Minutes of the NTeeting Ut June 14 wer.e amended as follows: <br />Mr. Esgar brought nut that on page two, paragraph one, that <br />accoruing to the Planni-ng Commission ruLes it takes a vote of vote <br />members and'not a majority of a quorum to pass a motion; therefore, <br />ttie motion in the Ken Yarus matter was actually defeatedabecause <br />of yea votes of only three members <br />Motion made by Mr, Laponza to dispense with the reading, and <br />aecEpting the minutes as corrected; seconded by Mr. F'abe?C. Motion <br />put to a vote; yeas, Spalding, LaPonza, Prokasy, Forda ESgar and <br />Fabek. <br />III Phillip Engoglia (Old Business) <br />Because of the lack of information received from the Hghraay <br />Department this will be kept in Committee. <br />(b) West Suburbia <br />Ctiairman Prok.asy indicated that it was the Building Commissioner!s <br />suggesting to see the sewer easement on the deed and also the location <br />of the houses adjacent to the street opening; therefore, this will <br />be held in Committee.
