Fabek. Also present : <br />J. Bruce Kitchen, Zaw Director; Carl Bohm, Regional Planning Commips3on; <br />.Ea J. Gundy, Building Commissioner. <br />. Prokapg made mqtion to excuse Messrs. William Sc$eef'f, <br />Norma4 Musial and Anthony LaPonza, seconded by Mr. Esgar. Ayes: <br />Pmokasy, Spa?ding, Bsgar, Fabek. <br />.II Read3ng and Correction of Minutes <br />Mr. Proka$y made motion to dispense with the reading of the <br />minutep of February 28, 1967 and to approve as submitted, seconded <br />by Mr, Esgar. Ayes : Prokasy, 3palc3inp, Esgar+, Fabek. <br />IzI Old Business ' <br />(a) Michaol Varady Rezoning Request <br />Mr. Prokasy reported no oommunications from developer or <br />F.A.A. have been received as yet. Mr. Prokasy then maoe motion to <br />request from Council indefixiite postponement of the Mi,chael Varady <br />Re`zoninF_ ReAuest until such time as communications fram deyeloper <br />or F;A.A, are reCeived, seconded by NfP. Fabek. Ayes: Prokasy, <br />Spaldi.ng, E9gar, k'abek. <br />(b ) Ba1,lachino Subdivision <br />?Mr. Spalding repoxted there j,rill be no problems with this <br />subdivi$ion. Mr. Fabek presented new drAwings with <br />ehange in entrance per City Engineer's request. Discussion with <br />neighbors present in regard to location of 2-80. Mr. Fabek made motion <br />to hol.d this 3n committee for two weeks in order for Safety/Service <br />Director and Fire Chief may look into this to make sure all requirements <br />nre m,et.
