CITY OF NORTH OLMISTED - BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS <br />Special Meeting Held at City Hall - March 13, 1967 <br />Meeting was called to order at 7:40 P.M. by Mr. William Greene, <br />Chairman. <br />Members present; Messrs. Greene, Roberts, Nelson <br />A1so present: Mre Brady, Building Inspector <br />Appellant : Rudolf Heise, 4624 Lanaing Drive, N.m Olmsted, Ohio <br />Request for variance to build a single <br />dwelling at S/L 10-part of S/L 9 Porter Road <br />with 1120 square feet liveable floor are-a, <br />reduction in liveable floor area in B <br />Residence District required by Sec. 1153.02, <br />whicr requires 1300 square feet in B Residence <br />Districto <br />Mre Heise appeared and plans were presented. <br />Miss Carol Froelich, neighbor, questioned why house would <br />be so small, as she felt it would not sell easilye Mr. Heise <br />said he was building the house for himself and would prefer <br />a smaller house, but would be willing to add another two <br />feet to the side of the house, which would make the liveable <br />floor area 1200 square feet, Miss Froelich asked what the <br />setback would be, Mr. Heise said 69 feet, which conforms with <br />the existing homes. <br />Mr. Nelson made motion to grant variance of 100 feet, seconded <br />by Mr. Roberts.
