Insp, <br />Mr. Dutton, City Engir.eer <br />Del Limpert, Safe-Ser, Director <br />- F. Lord, Asstm Lazv Director <br />Ninutes of the Special PJieeting held Feb, 1501967 were approved as received0 <br />lp Appellant; Robert Romp, 4305 Coe Ave., North Olmsted, 0. <br />Reguest to construct an addition-alterations and/or <br />cor_sideration of proposal as a new building, open <br />air market at 24579 Lora.in Rda, No. Olmsteds0. <br />This is a continuation of hearing held Feb6 15a1967, <br />in order to get olarification of Ord-;, 66-247 from <br />the LaVr Directore <br />F. Lord, Asst, Law Director sta.teci that this appeal does not come under <br />special Section Ord, 66-247m recently passed by council. This request <br />comes under regular procedure for new structurem <br />The Board then proceeded to consider this as a new structure per appeal <br />of pppellant (and/or considerYtion of proposal as a new building)F <br />Nr, Romp9 owner and Mr. Bain, buildere presented prints showing propoaed <br />location of building, explaining intention of taking down all of the <br />building exeept coolers and to build new structure around them. The <br />building would be 51 from front sideTna.Ik line with 3p ouerhanga requiring <br />481 front variance (lt overhang is allotived)$ also would require 5t Corr_er <br />side line variance at front West side of building. The Entrance Drive to <br />be back 60 feet on Collunbia Rd. <br />Del Limpert, Safe-Ser, Director and F. Dutton, City Engineer, questioned <br />safety and tra,ffic hazardg having building this close to streetm Discussion <br />followed regarding building new section further baek from Lorain Rd. and <br />- closer to Dairy Queen to the East o£ building and eliminating drive at the <br />East side of building. Mrm Romp stated nature of business reason for not <br />consider3ng moving baek furthere as much of their business is f'rom customers <br />just driving past. <br />Mr. Nelson made motion to parmit 35t front set back variance, secon.ded by <br />Mr. Roberts. Unanimously passedb <br />2. Appellant: RulufP D. IVIcIntyre, 29504 Stevrart Drilre, RTO.O1mstedb0e <br />Request to erect a 51 Chain Link Alum, Fences enclosing <br />rear yard. Request is in violation of Ord. #62-33 <br />Sect. 1151q04 Hm which este.blishes maximum fence height <br />of 41.
