Hodgi.ns <br />Mrs. Hodgins_r.eported that she ha.d checked with the Engineering Departiiient and that thero <br />is no way that Mr. Kovacs ca,n 17uiZd can -any part of the 15f easement at` the rerar of his I.ot. <br />iuir. Greene -oointed out that this is a definite hardslup ease. The Taylox°s suggosted that <br />the size of the ga.rage be decreased to 20t X 21+1. T2.r. Kovacs stated that ].Zt is lost in <br />materials and that tlat size garage would have an inside diYnension of 182''Wile 192! is <br />standard cax° Iength. Board me.mbers agreed thwic this size wnuld be iaaadequate. Mr. Greene <br />r,ioved to grant a variance of 21 on distance between garage and dwelling and a. 3.21 sideline <br />variance, seconded by Mr. F'orcellini and passed. <br />2, Appellant: B7.enn Cook, 4709 CarsteM Lane.
