<br />Rea.ding and Correction of Minutes . Mr, Byers moved to clispense with the reading of the minutes of 9/23/69 and
<br />to approve as written. Mr. I,edvina secanded the motion. Unaniraously passed.
<br />OTd BuNiness (a) S. D. C. 'Subdivi;sion - Nfr, Warren reviewed the S. D. C. Subdivision '
<br />proposal and the events that Iiave transpired since its introduction
<br />'last spring. , He stated tha.t after the Planning Commission's a_r,proval
<br />' ;had beeri giveM, the Council made three recomL2enda.tions S,Thich have aII
<br />been complied with by the developer. He furthur stated that there are
<br />' ,.,.tjqo distinct entr^nces intv the subdivision and that they have complied
<br />. f"u11y with aIl citv ordin3nces and believe good -pIanning practices have
<br />, been adhered to., He believes that no safety problem erists 'a.nd tha.t an
<br />opening onto Lorain Road would be i-a-nractical. Mr. Byers stated that he P_nd Mr. Richards have studied the nroposaZ and Mr. R.iehards.rer,orted
<br />on his observations regarding traffic in,the .xea of Decker Road. Iie
<br />stated that he has had occa.sion to observe the tr<.ffic at various times
<br />? of the day and ha.:? found it to be very light. In response to co:nplaints
<br />from Decker I3oad residents., he inquired a5 to which hours were'the
<br />biggest ;?roblem and wa.s told frora 7:00 to $.00 A.M. and from 3:00 to 5?00
<br />,. P.M. plus football ga.me nights. He stated that he did not feel that the hour between 7:00 ^nd $:00 A.M. w?.s any proble. since children are
<br />not out pla.yi:zg at thh.Vtrxae, etc. He did, however, feel that between
<br />3:00 and 5:00 P.M. wa.s a big concerin 3nd therefore sat on De'cker Road.
