Mr. Green rointed. out that if the area i•as truly for emerfiency use only, a. ba.se of gravel with top soil a.nd grass on top would serve for firetrucks, etc. and that then everyone should be Satisfied. Mr. Paradise agreed to this. Mr. Ernest Green moved to reject the req.uest to b1a.c'ktop the eacement in Cuestion; seconded bZt Mrs. Fian and unar_ir!ousiy passed. 2.
